MoneyPlus has been offering independent financial advice for over 20 years. In that time, we’ve grown to become one of the largest and most trusted financial solution companies in the UK – and it’s only the beginning.
With an impressive benefits package, great city centre location and supportive working environment, we’re determined to grow and develop not just our business, but our people too.
Proudly based in Manchester
Being based in Manchester City Centre brings a whole host of brilliant benefits.
The bars and restaurants of Spinningfields are on our doorstep and you can walk to The Arndale or Piccadilly Gardens in less than 20 minutes.
Don’t feel like walking? We have an onsite café serving hot and cold food at cost value plus, free breakfast every Monday. There’s also a Tesco Metro, Subway and Café Nero within the building complex. Winner.
There’s a shower on-site for those who like to work out at lunch or cycle to work.
We’re just 2 minutes walk from Salford Central Station. In 20 minutes you can walk to both Oxford Road and Piccadilly station and we’re well connected on bus routes too. If you prefer to drive, you can make the most of annual parking discounts by paying monthly for a season ticket.
We’ve been awarded the Investors in People Gold Standard Award, putting us in the top 7% of accredited organisations in the UK.
As well as having a bank of e-learning modules created just for us, our in-house training department is fully accredited by the National Skills Academy for Financial Services to deliver the best in financial sector training.
We currently offer 56 modules of role specific training from induction and refresher programmes through to specific skills and management development options. MoneyPlus employees received over 4000 hours of accredited face-to face training over the last year alone.
As well as in-house training, we currently have staff employed on training contracts and fund external qualifications and courses to make sure our employees are the best at what they do.
Here at MoneyPlus we take our Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously, and we have fun in the process.
Weekly Dress Down Day donations go to our company charity The Manchester Youth Zone, as well as the money we raise at charity events such as Pub Quizzes, Pumpkin Carving Contests and Fire-walks to name just a few.
