  • Experience in the B2C Telecoms sector
  • Experience working towards KPIs within a contact centre environment
  • A proven track record in sales

A day in the life:

  1. Be motivated – work with the people around you to set yourself daily / weekly objectives
  2. Organise your pipeline and daily structure
  3. Understand your calling strategy – who you’re speaking to and how you can add value
  4. Calls, calls, calls – Speak to at least 150 prospective customers
  5. Listen carefully to the needs of the person at the other end of the line
  6. Be excellent at objection handling
  7. Close sales ensuring there is genuine value to the customer
  8. Complete boring administrational tasks
  9. Build relationships internally
  10. Celebrate the day and understand what you’ve learnt with the help of your Team
